Skip The Disney Line Secrets

If you have ever been to Disney World in Orlando, Fl, then you also know about the long lines. I am an Orlando resident, and have lived here for all my life. I have been to Disney World many many times. The one thing that I have noticed every single time that I went, was aggrivated guests. They were aggrivated because they just got done spending several hundred if not thousands of dollars, just so to find themselves standing in a mile long line for almost an hour or longer, just to get on a 35 second ride. Now don't get me wrong, Disney is an awesome place to visit, and it is a very Magical place. But for those of you that have never been here to Disney, or for that matter Florida, the one thing that we have is Heat, and Humidity. So why would anybody want to pay so much money just to stand in a line and get dehydrated or suffer a heat stroke. This is no fault of Disney. Disney is the most visited amusement park in the world, all year long. When it is off season for locals and by locals I mean all U.S. residents, they are very busy with foreign tourists. Because of the high volume of visitors each day, you will wait in long lines. To help reduce the amount of waiting time, Disney introduced the fast pass system. You go to the fast pass kiosk at the front of the particular ride that you wish to ride. You insert your Disney ticket into the kiosk, and it will issue a fast pass ticket for that particular ride with a return time on it. You can then walk around the park go on other not so busy rides and then return when the specified time on the fast pass. Instead of waiting in the primary line, you would enter through the fast pass line and bypass the long wait. And that is all fine and dandy, if you do not have a park hopper pass, and only plan on visiting one of the 4 parks Disny has to offer. But if you have a 1 day park Hopper ticket, and plan on visiting all 4 parks in 1 day, then you might get on only 2 or 3 of the big rides through out the day, if you are lucky. Especially if it is off season and Disney hours are shorter then the on season. And don't forget the little kids. The majority of the most popular rides have height restrictions. So while you are waiting in those long lines, the little ones are waiting on you.

Well I have found a system that works very very well. First let me tell those of you that will tell me that I should be ashamed of myself. I feel no shame when I spend hard earned money to
experience something, and all I experience is standing in line. Just remember I am not making you do anything you don't want to. This system works, and it's full proof. Nobody gets hurt, and it is not illegal.

Follow these few steps and you will get on all the most popular rides at all 4 parks in one day.

Go up to the Disney employee at the front of the ride entrance.

If you have children, even if they are tall enough to go on the ride, explain to the employee that your child is to scared to go on the ride, and wish to baby swap. Now the employee will try to tell you to wait in the line and let the employee furthur in the line know that you wish to do baby swap.

Before they even have the chance to tell you this, let them know that you already have part of your family in the line, and wish to take your child to some kiddy ride instead of making them wait in line for an hour or more. If you do not have any kids, all you have to do is go up to the employee and point at some other family with kids and tell them it is your family. Trust me they will not question you.

At this time they will hand you a baby swap ticket good for you and 3 other people. Then they will tell you when your family gets off the ride you can enter the fast pass line. The beauty of this system is that you do not have to wait for a specific return time as if you used the fast pass kiosk. It is good for when ever you choose to use.

Now don't go into the fast pass line immediatly. Either wait about 5 or 10 minutes, or even do the same steps as above at a different ride, then return back to the original ride. The volume of visitors is so high, they will not remeber you or even bother checking. Trust me this works, I use this system every single time.

  1. Yes, you can do this, but you shouldn't. What makes you any better than the people who are following the rules? Trying to circumvent the system hurts everyone. Why should I (or anyone else) have to stand in line even longer than normal because you, you selfish jerk, have decided to cut to the front of the line. People like you make me sick.

  2. "Why should I (or anyone else) have to stand in line even longer than normal..."

    Because you chose to.

If you can get ahead in this world without seriously hurting anyone else, do it, I say.

  3. HA, people like this line cutter make you sick? WOW, how 'disney' of you, you must be some freakish saint right? I don't see what the problem is, if you don't like it don't cut and freak out, but seriously, it's really not murder. What disney is is evil and a blight on our society anyways so if I ever go I'm going to do more than cut in line. To each his own.

  4. That's what the Fast Pass is for. There is no need to skip.I was there and went on every ride by using the Fast Pass. How can someone like you find enjoyment by getting one over on everyone else that plays fair.

  9. "Point at some other family with kids and tell them it is your family" is lying. Is this what you want to teach your children? That lying is okay just to get ahead? WOW - I appreciate the tips, but I think I will teach my children patience and respect for others. Lying is not okay.

  11. I'm a cast member....and sorry, but it's true they don't do baby swap like this anymore. good luck =) well....as far as I know about disneyland....disney world is usually another story so I dunno about them. but it's really sad that you don't care about those who actually wait. at least they're learning about patience and that will take them far in life. and even though I'm a cast member, I'm not saying my name so I don't have to worry about it when I say that you are a fucking moron. thanks for making our lives that much worse because people like you don't deserve the right to even go to disneyland.
